Government Office "No reply to Email".

I have sent a email to Foreign Ministry of Maldives on Jul 13th, 2009, however until today they did not reply to my email.

I wonder having all the IT solutions at all the government offices, if they don't use them and don't respond to emails, whats the use of all those sophisticated equipment..
